The problem

The customer's technology team needed training to deploy a new fabric and was strained on appropriate resources to fully set up the environment. Modernization could not wait, but the team could not absorb a typical vendor handoff.

How BTA delivered

BTA implemented Cisco ACI using the SIMPLE process. Engineers paired with the customer team during architecture, deployment, and validation. Operational runbooks were delivered as part of the engagement so the team could execute future deployments on its own.
