    A senior BTA architect, not a sales development rep. The same person on the call is the person who will help shape the engagement.
  • Do I need to share documents before the call?

    No. Bring the problem in your own words. If we need diagrams, configurations, or audit findings to scope further, we will agree on what to share after the first call.
  • Is BTA Cisco-only?

    No. BTA is vendor-agnostic. We design and operate environments running multiple platforms side by side, including Cisco, Palo Alto, Red Hat, AWS, VMware, Microsoft, Nutanix, NetApp, F5, and others. We are also a Cisco MINT-certified partner for engagements that require deep Cisco expertise.
  • What happens after the scoping call?

    If we are a fit, we follow up with a written scope, a price, and a timeline. If we are not the right firm for the problem, we will say so, and we will often point you to someone who is.
  • How quickly can we start?

    Most engagements move from scoping call to kickoff in two to four weeks. Quickstart enablement programs can begin sooner.
