These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Tennessee.

BTA may modify these Terms of Use at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the revised terms.
